About Us

Simon Elton first came to Hazel Grove in 1987 and was joined by Jane Kirk in 1991, first at Joules Estates and then at Simon Elton Estates after Simon bought out his co-director in 1997. Between the two of them Jane and Simon have over 44 years experience in the housing market, and having dealt with many of the area’s client’s in the past, both are well known and respected in their fields.

They are also joined by Ginene Walker, who too has worked with both Jane and Simon previously and brings with her over five years experience of the property market, both in sales and development.
